Product Description
The GKH800-NA centrifuge is a siphon scraper discharge centrifuge. The machine is equipped with a PC, and the working process is automatically controlled.
In addition to centrifugal force, there is a vacuum siphon suction force for the dehydration of liquid, which has higher production capacity and separation and washing effect compared with the common scraper discharge filtration centrifuge. This machine has a wide range of application, besides the material separated by the common scraper discharge filtration centrifuge, it is also suitable for materials with small solid particles and difficult to be separated, such as starch, calcium phosphate, etc.
Features
The scraper centrifuge can be switched between automatic and manual operation, so it can realize the periodic cyclic operation of feeding, dehydration, washing and discharging of the feed material.
Compared with common scraper centrifuge, the sophonic scraper centrifuge has siphonic force like vacuum, so it has better production capacity and separation effect. Especially, it is suitable for the feed material which has small solids, high viscosity, slow filtration and that needs to wash the filter cake.

1 ) This centrifuge has higher production capacity than common scraper centrifuge and the moisture content of filter cake is lower.
2 ) Material for the components touching the products and the mother liquid can be chose and supplied by the customers according to the erosion of the products. Manufacturers should assist customers to make reasonable choices. Final decision is subject to the attachment of the contract. Commonly the material can be 0Cr19Ni9,321,316L,TA2,C276 and duplex steel.
3 ) Use advanced programmable logic controller (PC) to control electric control, it’s has many advantages such as movements are accurate and reliable, small size, easy adjustment and maintenance, high efficiency and long life.
4 ) Several interlock control devices highly improve the security of the machine.
5 ) Floating platform and shock absorber need to be installed to the bottom of the centrifuge to reduce damages of vibration to the plant and equipment.
